iGlobal Stores partners with merchants to provide a customized shopping experience for customers outside the United States. When you add products to one of our partner's carts and then click the Global Checkout button, your order is transferred to our checkout where we provide you the ability to see and pay in your currency, choose from multiple shipping options and prepay duty and tax. Tracking and order support is then typically furnished by iGlobal Stores.
Most transactions are charged in your local currency - just like a purchase you make in your home town. This means that you will not be charged a foreign transaction fee, like you normally would when purchasing form a different country. What you see in our checkout is the exact same amount that you will be charged on your bank/credit card statement. Please note that while the majority of orders are charged in the local currency, select transactions may be charged in U.S. Dollars.
The rate provided may not be the same as what you would see on an online currency converter. It will be more typical of what you might get from an ATM, Kiosk or your credit card company. If your order settles in your currency it also means on any future refunds, changes or cancellations you will not be responsible for the cost of initial card fees or changes in currencies between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
This depends on the shipping selection you choose and how long the product takes to ship from the merchant's store. To help us avoid any delays, please be sure to fill out your information completely and accurately. Certain factors beyond our control may delay the receipt of your order, such as inclement weather, holidays or incorrect information.

iGlobal Stores will evaluate the content of your order as well as the shipping destination to determine what the associated fees (customs, duties, VAT, taxes, etc.) will amount to. By prepaying these fees, you guarantee that the amount you pay during checkout is the only amount you'll be responsible for - including any fees that you would normally have had to pay upon delivery of the shipment. If you do not choose to prepay these fees, you will be held fully responsible for any fees assessed upon delivery of the order, thereby clearing the original vendor as well as iGlobal Stores from any associated responsibility regarding customs, duties, taxes, VAT or associated fees.
